135B.8  EFFECTIVE DATE OF RULES.
 Any hospital which is in operation at the time of promulgation of
 any applicable rules or minimum standards under this chapter shall be
 given a reasonable time, not to exceed one year from the date of such
 promulgation, within which to comply with such rules and minimum
 standards.
