135C.44A  DOUBLE FINES FOR INTENTIONAL VIOLATIONS.
 The penalties authorized by section 135C.36 shall be doubled for
 each Class I violation when the violation is due to an intentional
 act by the facility in violation of a provision of this chapter or a
 rule of the department.
