135C.48  INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLAINT PROCEDURE.
 The department shall make a continuing effort to inform the
 general public of the appropriate procedure to be followed by any
 person who believes that a complaint against a health care facility
 is justified and should be made under section 135C.37.
