 135M.6  SAMPLE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
 This chapter shall not be construed to restrict the use of samples
 by a physician or other person legally authorized to prescribe drugs
 under state and federal law during the course of the physician's or
 other person's duties at a medical facility or pharmacy.
