        135.16  SPECIAL WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN
      SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM -- METHAMPHETAMINE EDUCATION.
         As a component of the federal funding received by the department
      as the administering agency for the special women, infants, and
      children supplemental food program, from the United States department
      of agriculture, food and consumer service, the department shall
      incorporate a methamphetamine education program into its nutrition
      and health-related education services.  The department shall be
      responsible for the development of the education program to be
      delivered, and for the selection of qualified contract agencies to
      deliver the instruction under the program.
