135.3 DISQUALIFICATIONS.
The director shall not hold any other lucrative office of this
state, elective or appointive, during the director's term; provided,
however, that the director may serve without compensation as an
officer or member of the instructional staff of any of the state
educational institutions if any such additional duties and
responsibilities do not prohibit the director from performing the
duties of the office of director.
