135.32 PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION.
The department shall publish from time to time a sufficient number
of its rules to supply the needs of the several counties. The county
auditor shall annually forward to the department a certified list of
the names and addresses of the clerks of all the local boards of
health in the auditor's county. Upon receipt of said list the
department shall forward to the local boards sufficient copies for
distribution in each county; and the clerk of the local board shall
upon request furnish a copy of said rules to any resident, physician,
