135.33 REFUSAL OF BOARD TO ENFORCE RULES.
If any local board shall fail to enforce the rules of the state
department or carry out its lawful directions, the department may
enforce the same within the territorial jurisdiction of such local
board, and for that purpose it may exercise all of the powers given
by statute to the local board, and may employ the necessary
assistants to carry out its lawful directions.
