        135.42  UNLAWFUL USE.
         All information, interviews, reports, statements, memoranda, or
      other data furnished in accordance with this division and any
      findings or conclusions resulting from such studies shall not be used
      or offered or received in evidence in any legal proceedings of any
      kind or character, but nothing contained herein shall be construed as
      affecting the admissibility as evidence of the primary medical or
      hospital records pertaining to the patient or of any other writing,
      record or reproduction thereof not contemplated by this division.
