136A.4  GENETIC HEALTH SERVICES.
 The center may initiate, conduct, and supervise genetic health
 services for the inhabitants of the state, including the provision of
 regional genetic consultation clinics, comprehensive neuromuscular
 health care outreach clinics, and other outreach services and clinics
 as established by rule.
