137C.8  APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
 Every application for a license under the Iowa hotel sanitation
 code shall be made upon a blank furnished by the regulatory authority
 and shall contain the items required by the department as to
 ownership, management, location, buildings, equipment, rates, and
 other data concerning the hotel for which a license is desired.  An
 application for a license to operate an existing hotel shall be made
 at least thirty days before the expiration of the existing license.
