139A.23  CONTINGENT REPEAL.
 If the provisions of Pub. L. No. 102-141 relating to requirements
 for prevention of transmission of HIV or HBV to patients in the
 performance of exposure-prone procedures are repealed, section
 139A.22 is repealed.
