144.51  INFORMATION BY OTHERS FURNISHED ON DEMAND.
 Any person having knowledge of the facts shall furnish information
 the person possesses regarding any birth, death, fetal death,
 adoption, marriage, dissolution, or annulment, upon demand of the
 state registrar or the state registrar's representative.
