 145A.20  REVENUE BONDS.
 In addition to any other provisions of this chapter and for the
 purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping, enlarging, or
 improving a hospital building or any part of a hospital building,
 merged areas may issue revenue bonds and the board has all the powers
 and duties of a county board of supervisors as provided in chapter
 331, division IV, part 4 and section 347A.3.
