148B.1  TITLE AND PURPOSE.
 This chapter may be cited and referred to as the "Occupational
 Therapy Practice Act".
 The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the regulation of
 persons offering occupational therapy services to the public in order
 to safeguard the public health, safety and welfare.
