148.14  BOARD OF MEDICINE INVESTIGATORS.
 The board of medicine may appoint investigators, who shall not be
 members of the board, and whose compensation shall be determined
 pursuant to chapter 8A, subchapter IV.  Investigators appointed by
 the board have the powers and status of peace officers when enforcing
 this chapter, chapter 147, and chapter 272C.
