154A.26  CONSUMER PROTECTION.
 Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the right of a
 person who desires to file a complaint against a licensee or holder
 of a temporary permit from filing a complaint with the attorney
 general pursuant to the provisions of section 714.16.
