154.3  LICENSE.
 Every applicant for a license to practice optometry shall:
 1.  Be a graduate of an accredited school of optometry and meet
 requirements as established by rules of the board.
 2.  Present an official transcript issued by an accredited school
 of optometry.
 3.  Pass an examination as determined by the board by rule.
