157.12A  USE OF LASER OR LIGHT PRODUCTS ON MINORS.
 A laser hair removal product or device, or intense pulsed light
 device, shall not be used on a minor unless the minor is accompanied
 by a parent or guardian and only under the general supervision of a
 physician.
