159.24 GRADES OR CLASSIFICATIONS OF FARM PRODUCTS.
A certificate of the grade, or other classification, of any farm
products issued under this chapter shall be accepted in any court of
this state as prima facie evidence of the true grade or
classification of such farm products as the same existed at the time
