161.10  REPORT.
 The department in cooperation with the board shall submit a report
 to the general assembly by January 10 of each odd-numbered year.  The
 report shall provide a summary and a detailed accounting of the
 fund's financial condition, including expected revenue and expenses
 during the following two years.
