162.15  VIOLATION BY ANIMAL WARDEN.
 Violation of any provision of this chapter which relates to the
 seizing, impoundment, and custody of an animal by an animal warden
 shall constitute a simple misdemeanor and each animal handled in
 violation shall constitute a separate offense.
