162.5  PET SHOP LICENSE.
 A person shall not operate a pet shop unless the person has
 obtained a license to operate a pet shop issued by the secretary.
 Application for the license shall be made in the manner provided by
 the secretary.  The license expires one year from date of issue
 unless revoked and may be renewed in the manner provided by the
 secretary.  The license fee is fifty dollars per year.  The license
 may be renewed if the licensee has conformed to all statutory and
 regulatory requirements.
