164.12  QUARANTINED MARKING.
 A designated animal which is quarantined as a result of a test for
 brucellosis shall be plainly and permanently marked for
 identification by a veterinarian making the test in a manner
 authorized by the department and to the extent applicable by the
 United States department of agriculture.
