164.15  QUARANTINED DESIGNATED ANIMALS.
 A designated animal shall not be brought into contact with a
 condemned designated animal held in quarantine.  If a designated
 animal is added to the quarantined lot, the designated animal shall
 become a part of the lot and held subject to the same requirements as
 apply to the quarantined designated animals.
