164.5  REQUEST FOR TEST.
 Upon request by the owner for a departmental inspection of the
 owner's designated animals for brucellosis, the department may
 designate a veterinarian to make an inspection of the designated
 animals.  If authorized by the department, the veterinarian may
 conduct an official test on the designated animals.
