164.8  TEST AT AUCTION PREMISES.
 A designated animal purchased at an auction market may be
 officially tested on the auction market premises, in the new owner's
 name at the owner's request and expense.  This official test must be
 made within twenty-four hours from the time of sale.  If the test
 discloses reactors, the herd of origin shall be placed under
 quarantine.
