165B.3  DETERMINATION OF INFECTION.
 The department may adopt rules if necessary to provide methods and
 procedures to determine whether poultry are infected with a
 pathogenic virus, which may include detection and analysis of the
 disease using techniques approved by the United States department of
 agriculture.
