 165.35  TOWNSHIP ANIMAL BOARD OF HEALTH.
 The township trustees in such county are hereby constituted the
 animal board of health in their respective townships and they shall
 by April 1 of each year and at such other times as they shall deem
 advisable, make a survey and report to the department all breeding
 cattle brought into their respective townships from outside of the
 county.
