166.37  PRICE OF VIRUS.
 Persons holding permits, either as manufacturers or dealers, shall
 sell all biological products at a uniform price to all persons to
 whom sales are made.  No rebate on said price shall be given, either
 directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever.
