166.9 LIABILITY OF MANUFACTURER.Section History: Early Form
A manufacturer shall be liable to an injured person for all
damages which occur:
1. By reason of the negligence of the manufacturer or the
manufacturer's employees in the manufacture, warehousing, handling,
or distribution of biological products.
2. By reason of the failure of the manufacturer, or the
manufacturer's employees, to discharge any duty imposed by law, or by
the rules of the department.
