167.8 INSPECTION REVEALING UNSUITABLE PLACE.Section History: Early Form
If the inspector finds that said building does not comply with the
requirements of this chapter or with the rules of the department, the
inspector shall notify the applicant wherein the same fails to so
comply. If within a reasonable time thereafter, to be fixed by the
inspector, the specified defects are remedied, the department shall
make a second inspection, and proceed therewith as in case of an
original inspection. Not more than two inspections need be made
under one application.
