175.28  TRUST ASSETS.
 The authority shall make application to and receive from the
 secretary of agriculture of the United States, or any other proper
 federal official, pursuant and subject to the provisions of Pub. L.
 No. 81-499, 64 Stat. 152 (1950), formerly codified at 40 U.S.C. § 440
 et seq. (1976), all of the trust assets held by the United States in
 trust for the Iowa rural rehabilitation corporation now dissolved.
