182.5  COMPOSITION OF BOARD.
 The Iowa sheep and wool promotion board established under this
 chapter shall be composed of nine producers, one from each district.
 The dean of the college of agriculture and life sciences of Iowa
 state university of science and technology or the dean's
 representative and the secretary or the secretary's designee shall
 serve as ex officio nonvoting members of the board.  The board shall
 annually elect a chairperson from its membership.
