189.5 DEALER TO FURNISH SAMPLES.
Upon request and tender of the selling price by the department any
person who prepares, manufactures, offers or exposes for sale, or
delivers to a purchaser any article dealt with in this subtitle,
excluding chapters 203, 203C, 203D, 207, and 208, shall furnish,
within business hours, a sample of the same, sufficient in quantity
for a proper analysis or examination as shall be provided by the
rules of the department.
