191.7  ENFORCEMENT OF OLEOMARGARINE LAW.
 It shall be the duty of the secretary of agriculture and the
 secretary's agents to enforce this chapter and of the county
 attorneys and of the attorney general of the state to cooperate with
 the secretary in the enforcement of this chapter.
