192.123  ADOPTION OF BRAND.
 With the approval of the department any person who deals in or
 transports milk, cream, skimmed milk, buttermilk, or ice cream may
 adopt a distinctive mark or brand to be placed upon any container
 owned or used by the person, and the same may be registered with the
 department.
