200A.15  USE OF FEES.
 Fees and delinquency penalties collected by the department
 pursuant to this chapter, including section 200A.9, shall be
 deposited in the general fund of the state.  However, the department
 may allocate moneys to the Iowa agricultural experiment station for
 research, work projects, and investigations as needed for the
 specific purpose of improving the regulatory functions to improve the
 enforcement of this chapter.
