203.4  PARTICIPATION IN INDEMNITY FUND REQUIRED.
 A grain dealer licensed or required to be licensed pursuant to
 section 203.3 shall participate in and comply with the grain
 depositors and sellers indemnity fund provided in chapter 203D.
