207.7  ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PERFORMANCE
 STANDARDS.
 The division shall adopt rules for environmental protection
 performance standards that are consistent with federal regulations
 authorized under the federal Surface Mining Control and Reclamation
 Act and amendments to that Act.
