216C.3 FREE USE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES.Section History: Early Form
Persons who are blind or partially blind and persons with physical
disabilities have the same right as other persons to the full and
free use of the streets, highways, sidewalks, walkways, public
buildings, public elevators, public facilities, and other public
places.
