216.14  PROMOTION OR TRANSFER.
 After a person with a disability is employed, the employer shall
 not be required under this chapter to promote or transfer the person
 to another job or occupation, unless, prior to the transfer, the
 person with the disability, by training or experience, is qualified
 for the job or occupation.  Any collective bargaining agreement
 between an employer and labor organization shall contain this section
 as part of the agreement.
