217.9  ADDITIONAL DUTIES.
The administrator of the division of child and family services may
have the additional following duties, powers and responsibilities:
1. Develop a program of basic education, recreation, vocational
training and guidance for social adjustment.
2. Administer programs and statutes involved with child
placement, employment and supervision of state boards.
3. Prepare a budget and such report or reports as required by law
or as directed by the director.
4. Develop a program in corrective institutions for juveniles
designed to rehabilitate the inmates and patients and institute a
program of placement and parole supervision for all parolees of said
corrective institutions for juveniles.
