        218.26  RELIGIOUS WORSHIP.
         Any such resident, during the time of the resident's detention,
      shall be allowed, for at least one hour on each Sunday and in times
      of extreme sickness, and at such other suitable and reasonable times
      as is consistent with proper discipline in said institution, to
      receive spiritual advice, instruction, and ministration from any
      recognized member of the clergy of the church or denomination which
      represents the resident's religious belief.
