218.33 TRANSCRIPT OF TESTIMONY.
The particular administrator involved shall cause the testimony
taken at such investigation to be transcribed and filed in the
administrator's office at the seat of government within ten days
after the same is taken, or as soon thereafter as practicable, and
when so filed the same shall be open for the inspection of any
