218.49 CONTINGENT FUND.
The administrator in control of an institution may permit the
superintendent or the business manager of each institution to retain
a stated amount of funds under the superintendent's or business
manager's supervision as a contingent fund for the payment of
freight, postage, commodities purchased on authority of the
particular superintendent or business manager involved on a cash
basis, salaries, and bills granting discount for cash. Section History: Early Form
