222.14  CARE BY COUNTY PENDING ADMISSION.
 If the institution is unable to receive a patient, the
 superintendent shall notify the county board of supervisors of the
 county from which the application in behalf of the prospective
 patient was made of the time when such person may be received.  Until
 such time as the patient is able to be received by the institution,
 or when application has been made for admission to a public or
 private facility as provided in section 222.13 and the application is
 pending, the care of said person shall be provided as arranged by the
 county board of supervisors.
