222.20  NOTICE SERVED.
 Notice of the pendency of said petition and of the time and place
 of hearing thereon shall be served upon all respondents who are
 residents of the county in which the petition is filed, in the manner
 in which the original notices are served.  The court shall by written
 order direct the manner and time of service on all other parties.  No
 notice need be served on those who are personally before the court.
