222.21  ORDER REQUIRING ATTENDANCE.
 If the person alleged to have mental retardation is not before the
 court, the court may issue an order requiring the person who has the
 care, custody, and control of the person who is alleged to have
 mental retardation to bring the person into court at the time and
 place stated in the order.
