222.28  COMMISSION TO EXAMINE.
The court may, at or prior to the final hearing, appoint a
commission of one qualified physician and one qualified psychologist,
designated through the central point of coordination process, who
shall make a personal examination of the person alleged to be
mentally retarded for the purpose of determining the mental condition
of the person.
